No. The parent area is a web app optimised for smartphones that opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. No downloads, no updates to manage: it works on iPhone, Android and computers.

The paid receipts include the data INPS requires: school, VAT number, operating authorization, payer with tax code, child, reference month, amount and payment date. Families download them on their own together with the annual tax statement.

Each parent only sees their own children and their class galleries. Photo consents, health data and allergies are managed per child and visible only to authorized staff, in compliance with GDPR.

Yes. The system handles 0-6 centres with nursery, toddler and preschool classes. For cooperatives and networks with several sites the multi-site Enterprise edition is available.

A few minutes per class: quick fill applies a value to every child present (for example "lunch: all") and then only the exceptions need changing, even from a tablet. One click publishes the diaries to families.
